Dates around the world!

For Christmas, I gave Neil a year's worth of dates around the world.  I made him a passport and gave him boarding passes for each country that we are going to visit.  So far we've done two of those dates and it's been a blast!  In January, we went to France.  I made French Onion Soup, had a cheese and fruit course, and then Napoleons and Eclairs for dessert.  We also watched "Chocolate."  In February, we went to the Caribbean (I only wish we could have gone to the real Caribbean to get warm!).  We went to Rumbi for dinner, and I learned how to make those cute towel animals that they leave on your bed when you're on a cruise.  Daphne and I spent all afternoon making them, and it was lots of fun!
