Expectant Mother Pics

My sister-in-law is going to have her first baby in a couple of weeks, and so last weekend we got together and took a few maternity pictures. It was lots of fun, and hopefully I'm getting better with my photography as I try to take more and more pictures....

Random September Pictures

Here's a few random pictures that I've taken recently:

Neil's Birthday

Neil's birthday was pretty low-key this year, but it was still a good one :) The kids (Zachary especially) were very excited to help him open his presents, and they thought that everything he opened was the coolest thing ever.

He got all Texas stuff from his parents (I think they're trying to send him a message.....)

Cheeeeese!

Zachary got him M&M's (and then immediately wanted some of course)

And I gave him an ice cream freezer so he can make yummy Gelato!!

Happy Birthday Sweetie!

18 Months!!

Wow, I can't believe Daphne is 18 months!! Time flies, and yet in the day to day it goes so slow.... Anyway, I've been wanting to take Daphne's 18 month pictures but she still has a bruise on her cheek and she also has a cold so she's been really grumpy. I decided to bite the bullet and take some pictures this morning, and I actually got some really cute ones!

This is one of my favorites, but I'm going to have to photoshop it a little bit...

Playing peek-a-boo

This one's definitely going on my wall!

Labor Day Fun

We finished off our crazy summer with a crazy but fun Labor Day! We got up in the morning and met my Mom at Big Cottonwood Canyon. We hiked up to Donut Falls, which was a fairly easy hike but it was really pretty (It was also VERY crowded!) Zachary was in a bad mood for most of the hike, but overall the kids did pretty good. Once we got to the falls some of us climbed up the rocks for a look at the donut. The waterfall goes through a hole in the rock and makes a cool cave before cascading down the mountain. :)

After our hike we headed over to Cami and Martin's for a BBQ and some swimming. It was cloudy and kind of chilly, but we still had a good time.

At dinner time we headed home, got changed, and went to Tucanos for Neil's birthday! We went with some friends who also have a birthday in September, and then we played games with them afterward. It was definitely a fun-filled day, but we are excited for life to slow down a bit in September!
